Can some one tell me what this Ivy is that has taken over my back porch!?! I don't know why but its scaring me how invasive it is!!!

Yes, I think you are right! I don't know why I thought it was poisonous when I first saw it, I guess it is a decorative Ivy?

I moved into this house and the former owners let the back garden go pretty badly and I have been trying to pick up the pieces. You would not believe how many dead plants I found in pots back there after the first freeze Sad

I'm sorry but as old as my eyes are, I just don't see this as being a Virginia Creeper.

I agree with greene. I don't think it is Virginia Creeper. Rather resembles the Boston Ivy we used to have growing on our house.

I see that all of these are in the same botanical name of Parthenocissus.
That's interesting, I did not know that.
