I receive it from mail about one week ago. it has root everywhere. it doesn't seems there is place to grow new shoot. is this cutting healthy? will it grows?

Those aren't roots, they are spines. New shoots will grow off the sides of the plant. We can't predict if your plant will grow because that will depend upon your care. But it does look healthy.

Be very careful until your plant does grow roots as it is very susceptible to overwatering and rot at this point.
