It looks like the Common Periwinkle.

Yes, I've had them potted up, and if I'm remembering right, mine did set seeds. It can make a nice hanging basket plant.

Thanks a lot plantmanager, but when i read about common periwinkle in wikipedia, it says this kind grow in europe, north america and somewhere in turkey, how can this grow from nothing here in my country in indonesia

I don't know, but maybe it is growing in Indonesia, but with a different name. I found this on the web:

"Vinca Flower, in Indonesia known with different names such as flowers soldiers, copper flower, or china's flower essence."

Your plant could also be this:

it is commonly called here as "Tapak dara", supposed to be medicinal, (was popular for diabetic cases long time ago) but I wont suggest that, as it is actually quite toxic (it contains vincristine, vinblastine {an anty-cancer chemotherapy agent among others} , I've seen few cases with toxic or allergic reaction.
easy to propagate by seed but also by cuttings, those white or pink variety sometimes grows as road side weeds all around sumatera.
