Oh Li-sa, D'Oh!

Don't forget that you have more bulbs coming from van Engelen...

#3511 Galanthus 100 bulbs
#7925 Lily Pretty Woman 5 bulbs
#7140 Lily Orienpet Mix. 25 bulbs

You are with bulbs like I and with fern and used to be with hosta. Rolling on the floor laughing

350 is plenty, actually too many as I have 100 each of chionodoxa forbesiii, ipheon White Star and English bluebells coming. This is in addition to close to 100 fern and about 60 corydalis!

I think the 350 from the flat cost less than the box of 250. :-)

Maybe I'll make up packets of the "extra" bulbs with prices on them... the muscari bulbs are HUGE , and just 10 cents each.

OK, Terri and I got together this afternoon & unpacked the bulb boxes/crates at Aspenhill. I managed to forget my spreadsheet, but we got most things sorted anyway, and Terri graciously offered to divvy up the 2nd flats of Thalia daffs and Muscari. (Lisa has the first flat of Muscari, and Terri has the first flat of Thalia.)

reconciling the unpacked boxes with the packing list and my ADR invoice...

Terri, you should have 8 boxes of tulips, including 2 boxes of Spring Green -- one that's 100 and another that's 50 bulbs. I think I recall seeing all when we unpacked, but not sure I saw both Spring Green.

RickM, we did not see your two boxes of winter aconite, but they were on the packing list. Glare I'll ask Terri to double check the boxes she has to be sure they weren't hiding underneath anything, and I'll do the same, and if we don't find them I'll call ADR in the morning and see what's up.

Terri, I think Rick's double daff mix box ended up with Lisa's stack, so please put his name on them.

Lisa, we don't yet have your mixed daffodils -- long lasting Amsterdam mixture and large flowering mix for your neighbor. Guessing they are from a different source & haven't come in yet. Will check about them.

Trying to figure out why the muscari was priced per 1250 but apparently packed 1000 to the crate according to the field label... Terri, if you start dividing those, please just count the crate into bags of 250 and LMK how many bags you get! (we'll get a price adjustment if needed)

important correction: FREE ship but NO extra 10% discount

With apologies, I thought we would be able to get both that 10% discount AND our usual free shipping. My initial invoice showed the 10% discount but didn't have anything about shipping.

After receiving my invoice, with free freight but no 10% off, I asked Chris to clarify, and he responded. "we apply either free freight or 10% depending on which is more advantageous to the customer. "

They've been super about giving us free freight any time we order, not just for early orders, so I can't really complain... but I'm sorry I didn't think of checking this before we put this order together!

If this makes anybody's budget tight, let me know... you can have extra time to pay, or I'll buy back 10% of your bulbs.

Jill, thanks for organizing this bulb buy. Budget wise, I find ordering with ADR well worth the cost. Gardening space? Now we're talking tight!

Jill & Terri,

I don't recall ordering any daffs. I promised Larry that I wouldn't be getting any more this year, especially since I'm getting rid of some that I have.

Whoops! Wrong Ric(k)!

I searched the thread and found Ric's request for double daffs near the top.
*Blush*

I don't think he & Holly have said they'd be able to make it to the swap. So that box might be up for grabs. (I'll check with them to be sure.) 75 bulbs for $27.75. And they're the DN3 bulbs (12-14 cm) that have already started making offsets for a bigger clump next year.

OK, so I just figured out that I have 500 Muscari armeniacum bulbs separately boxed up... they came home with me, because I said, "oh, boxed Muscari, that's mine." So we did get 2500 of them, and I have the 500 I wanted.

However, now I think our order might be missing a box of Muscari 'Dark Eyes' -- so, Terri, please keep an eye out for them as well when you're checking on your tulips!

More bulbs arrived this afternoon!

Lisa, both crates of mixed daffodils are here.

I now have Leucojum GG but only 1 box, will check tomorrow to see if the second box is still on the way or if they ran short. Either way, Lisa, you'll get half.

Amaryllis are all here! So I'm going to simplify things and not do a follow-on order, at least not one that requires juggling from the initial 4 boxes.

Frenchie, between me & Lisa, we can slide you 2 'Double King' and 2 'Mandela' bulbs.

2 of the Cherry BLossom are very undersized, so I'm going to ask for replacement, or at least partial refund (they are about regular size but nowhere close to jumbo).

Lisa, that means you're now at 9 jumbo bulbs -- 3 Ice Queen and 2 of everything else. I'll toss in one of the little Cherry Blossom bulbs if you want... it might be $3 or might be free.
