Good afternoon Y'all.
I am a new member, 3-4 days young, and as green as they come haha (rookie wise) to this communnity. I have really enjoyed the amount of information to be searched and how well organized I find it to be.
Also the wealth of experience in this community and am happy to have found you guys.

I searched Sambucus "Lemony Lace" and found 2 people own this. I have a specific question about it.
Should I ask questions here first or use the tree mail app to touch base with owners of the plant in reference?

Welcome!

Not everyone lists the plants they have on the data base so you would be limiting the number of people available to answer your question. This site is crowdsourcing - the more people involved in the discussion, the better the information.

But you can do it either way.

Welcome! @Nutgrass! Either way works, but you'll probably get more of a response by just asking your question in the forum. Enjoy it here!

Thank you Daisyl. Yes asking questions in the forum I see would be better and also realize some of the members who are listed as owning may have left for one reason or another. I wish I had given it a bit more thought before posting my question but thanks for your reply.https://garden.org/i/s/doh.gif
