Someone told me the name of a weed was garlic mustard or mustard garlic. A leaf, I was feeling adventurous, did taste a bit garlicky and bitter. Is it something that people cook as greens or use the young leaves in salads? I assume it's somehow edible due to the name, and the fact I wasn't ill after my sampling session.

Well that was really interesting. I especially liked one of the other names for it, Jack-in-the-bush
