So my wife threw a bunch of herb seeds in our little garden area a few months ago, and now we have about 100 of this little plant popping up. She doesn't remember what the seeds were from. They all sprouted where she threw seeds, so I don't think it's a weed, but it doesn't smell or taste like I would expect an herb to. Pictures below. Any insights would be appreciated! Thanks, Josh ![]() ![]() |

![]() Bad news... Its Lamb's Quarters - Chenopodium album. Although it is edible (luckily for you), its probably not what your wife planted. Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and proclaiming...."WOW What a Ride!!" -Mark Frost President: Orchid Society of Northern Nevada Webmaster: osnnv.org |

Oh! One of my most hated weeds. I've tasted it. Blehhh. If you let one go to seed you will be pulling them for the rest of your life. ![]() |
