Please review condition of our Luykens Laurel shrubs. Looks like "shot hole" based on my research. Four plants in a row and all look the same. Possible to treat this condition or shrub replacement is necessary?

It's possible to treat it. But you're still going to be looking at those ugly leaves for a while. And after you treat it will it come back next year? I guess you could treat it preventatively but is it worth your trouble when there are probably many better shrub choices?
I would rip the hideous looking things out and plant something better. But that's just me. I don't even like healthy Ottos.
