Mine bloomed. the flower opened but not fully. Does it bloom during day or night? DId it not open fully because of clouds, or did it close because of the sun later on? Because thats what happened. Will post photo later/

Hmm. Weird. I think it could be hybrid though....

Mine also opened up in the daytime. They usually only last a day, but there normally are quite a few buds, so they can be blooming for a week or two.

I have observed my peanut cacti before they open up when ambient temps hover at the 70F to 75F range and full sun on them.

The flower looks fully open, as open as they get.

So, to sum up, as soon as the sun showed up, it began closing.

My peanut cactus before also manages to bloom even indoors since I have positioned it by my sunniest window facing south. But it made more blooms when conditions outdoors are good and it gets more sun, colors are more vivid too when it is outdoors.

I would say maybe the blooms you have are already almost done with its cycle of blooming so it is not opening up as it should. Usually I get about a week of that open and close cycle before the bloom fades out.
