Does anyone know anything about the 2018 NALS seeds? Are they doing a list this year?

I believe they are still working on it. They got way behind when they prepared and disseminated the list for the late Lois Lutz' seeds. It was 36 pages long!

Connie is right. And having been on the volunteer end of things, there's only so much time to do everything. The Lutz seed was an important project that took a ton of their time. I do know they are working on it though. It will come in time.

Thank you everyone. I was just curious. I figured the Lutz seed had held it up a little. That was a huge undertaking for everyone involved.

Speaking of which, did anyone order any of the Lutz seed? I ordered a couple of them.

I did order several lots. Interesting that they held prices at $2 given the age and known lower germination rates of many of those seeds. Just something I found interesting. Honestly, I may not have ordered that many. Somehow how I missed that.

That said, due to age of seed, I started them right away. So far, half of what I bought has some germination, the other, I am continuing to wait to see (but nothing yet) I am now over a month out on starting them.

I will add that I am delighted to have even the potential of some of those old genetics.

Ha ha - blast from the past for me. NALS is the National Association for Legal Professionals (previously Secretaries) for me. I assume it is some sort of lily association to you guys. It jumped out at me, in a good way. Fond memories.

Exactly right. Those "old genetics" are becoming rare.

FYI, I had very poor success with the distributed seed when John Lykkegaard past.
