I've had a Jasmine house plant for some years now and it hasn't thrived for such a long time.

It has a nice spot in a South facing window so it gets plenty of light. I water it frequently, as well as spray the leaves.

Shortly after I got it I noticed that a type of Oxalis, possibly Volcanicola, started sprouting up all in the pot with the Jasmine. I quite liked it, so I left it there. But now I'm wondering if the Oxalis might be draining all the nutrients and preventing the Jasmine from doing well?

What do you guys think?

You haven't provided a photo or much detail on how you care for your Jasmine, but it is unlikely that it is suffering because it is potted with another plant.
