I planted some early Leopard squash this year, thought it was yellow squash but later found out they were really green zucchini, it's already starting to produce. In the online photos they show a green cucumber like shape vegie, so how do you determine when they are ready to pick?

I would assume, like other zucchini, at 6 - 8 inches.
