Plant ID forum→help...what type of weed/plant/tree is this?

hello, we live in southern california and have a ranch with lots of sheep and these plants/weeds/trees keep showing up. we are trying to figure out what type of weed/plant/tree this is and if it's safe for our livestock. i've attached a picture, if you can help it'd be greatly appreciated. many thanks

I am thinking Nicotiana glauca (Tree Tabacco).
All parts of the Nicotiana glauca plant are poisonous.

Yes, Tree Tobacco. Yes, toxic to livestock.

I agree, it looks like Tree Tobacco (Nicotiana glauca) All parts of the plant are poisonous.
