I don't think it is, yours seem to have more ruffling on the edges. But it is hard to tell from photos. The stats are not much help because the height of mine has really varied a lot.

I agree with the previous assessments. It doesn't look like Prairie Blue Eyes to me. I don't think I've ever seen sepals that light on my PBE. I'm not sure location or temperature or time of the picture would make up that much difference, but maybe... Here's what mine looks like:
