Does not look like PBE to me, not sure what it is.
If you want to be happy for a lifetime plant a garden!

I don't think it is, yours seem to have more ruffling on the edges. But it is hard to tell from photos. The stats are not much help because the height of mine has really varied a lot.

I don't grow PBE, but it looks to me as though yours is more bi-toned than the pictures I've seen...

I agree with the previous assessments. It doesn't look like Prairie Blue Eyes to me. I don't think I've ever seen sepals that light on my PBE. I'm not sure location or temperature or time of the picture would make up that much difference, but maybe... Here's what mine looks like:
