|Golden Globe just might be my favorite diploid daylily. I love the ruffles and the deep color on the edges of the petals. In drought years the color isn't as vibrant. So if you live in an area where daylily season coincides with high temps and little rainfall don't expect great blooms.
GG increases well in my garden. It is also very pod and pollen fertile without making a lot of bee pods. It blooms heavily and always makes a good show. Highly recommended!

|Yes, the color could vary here, but generally was a bit drab. Very fast increaser. Like most Doughertys, it is a tough plant.|

|Does this reach it's 30 inch height for anyone? Was sent to me as a bonus, trying to decide to keep it or not. Bloomed just 2 months after I planted it, had a nice rich color and obvious texture to it.|
