This leaf belongs to a plant that grows quite tall on my balcony. Havent seen any flowers yet.
The leaves feel thick and fleshy, almost similar to succulents but much less. The surface both above and below is a bit shiny. No hairs or powder on or under the leaves.
Older lower leaves are much darker and harder, while upper, young leaves are a lighter shade of green and much softer.
No sap comes out when the stem is cut.
So far it reached about one meter or more in height, with alternate leaves coming out every few centimeters. Not sure if given support it might wrap around it. Ill try

Well, it is difficult with just the leaf. An overall photo of the other parts would be helpful. The leaf to me is reminiscent of Ginkgo biloba tree, but i don't think those leaves are particularly fleshy. You might take a look at Ginkgo biloba images to see what you think.
