Issue with Fig plant

I planted a fig plant, and it seems be be having some issues - notice the holes in the leaf. Also, there appears to be some browning and curling in the leaves under the plant? I may have a few dogs in the area peeing on them...time to fence it in?

It looks fine to me.
Just check under leaves. It was probably a slug that chewed holes on that one small leaf.
Losing older leafs is natural.
Anything i say, could be misrepresented, or wrong.
