I think that the best place to post your question is the Plant ID forum. It should get more attention there and probably a quicker response.

You don't mention if you purchased the plant or if it was found growing somewhere and you potted it up. Does the vine have thorns? It reminds me a bit of Saw Greenbrier (Smilax bona-nox)
