Hello,
I purchased a home aproximately one year ago and need to identify this tree. Attached are pictures of the tree, bark with leaves, and bud clusters.

I don't know what it is, but the leaves don't appear to be opposite so it can't be a horse chestnut or buckeye.

Normally Cinnamomum Camphora has distinctive veination, which I didn't see on the leaves. It's too bad we don't have blooms to work with.

I would like a clear pic of the leaves/branches from the tree ...not suckers from the ground.
Also pics to show flowers.
Tree has the look of an evergreen to me.
