This was given to me by a neighbor. I've done a pretty good job with it but would like to plant it in the yard. Need identified so I can give it proper care.

I agree with Philip! Syngonium is highly invasive here in Florida, so depending on what part of the state you are located, it would be wise to keep it as a container plant rather than planting it out in the garden.
