I recently received this variegated monstera in the mail, and I'm very worried about the browning on the new growth (see attached pictures). Will my plant be okay?

That is usually a sign that there is a problem with the roots. Perhaps they were damaged in transit or during the potting. Although it is hard to tell from a photo, the soil looks like it is lacking porosity (perlite). You also have it potted in a very large pot relative to its size and that may be contributing to root problems. At a minimum, allow the top inch of soil to dry before adding a small amount of water. Provide warm temps and lots of bright indirect sunlight.

Thanks for your quick reply! I put some rocks on the bottom of the pot to try and help with drainage. When the plant arrived, most of the leaves had fallen off, and this was the only one left. Maybe once the plant is a little bit more stable, I'll transfer it to a smaller pot and add perlite.

It seems that your plant did not get off to a good start that may be difficult to overcome.

Rocks in the bottom of a pot is an outdated practice that, in fact, does the opposite of providing better drainage. Good drainage means have a porous potting mix that helps create air pockets throughout the potting mix.
