I planted this in the wild garden patch some years ago and now I have forgotten what it was. The second part of the name is hyacinthoides. It flowers in May. The leaves are long pale green straps coming out from the ground.

Think this is the one. It is not is common in the UK as the US but it is available to buy. I hadn't tried to smell the flowers previously, but they definitely have a garlic scent.
