Bought this at a little market but after googling the name that came with it I'm not sure that's what it is? Can anyone help? It said Dudleya farinosa.

I'm not familiar with this plant, but I'd say the ID looks correct in respect to the other plants shown.
It could just be a very old plant. Many plants get leggy like that as they age and lose their bottom leaves. Some people cut them off at that point and root the pieces.
