I've been growing this succulent for over a month now, but this odd plant started sprouting around a week ago! I have no idea what it is and it's growing quickly, but my succulent seems fine. Could someone help me identify it? It has long pointed leaves, a red stem, and able to thrive in harsh conditions seeing as it can live alongside my succulent.

I don't know what it is but I wouldn't leave it in your succulent pot for too long. The bigger it gets, the bigger the root system and the more damage it will do to your other plants when you pull it.

Hi & welcome!

It looks like pokeweed, Phytolacca americana:
Pokeweed (Phytolacca americana)

If you do want to cultivate it, it's going to need a MUCH bigger pot, or planted in the ground outside.

Thank you so much! I just removed the plant and repotted my succulent. I'm relieved to know what it was!
