I want to buy one of those 4 pound boxes of miracle grow powder and an Ortho garden feeder. If I put half a pound of powder in the sprayer tank, how much water do I need to add to it?

it says 1 tablespoon to 4 oz of water. Can that be right? That seems so dilute!
