What is your plant's history? Did you have it inside during the winter? If so, when was it first brought outside? Will Creed Horticultural Help, NYC www.HorticulturalHelp.com Contact me directly at [email protected] I now have a book available on indoor plant care |

I just bought it and brought it home from the store (art knapp's) two weeks ago, so not much history. It was potted right away and fertilized with miracle gro and has been outside in the back yard ever since. |

I suspect it was acclimated to lower light before you bought it and now the outdoor sun is burning the leaves. Keep it in shade at all times outdoors. The damaged leaves will not recover, but new leaf growth should be okay.
