I'm trying to rejuvenate this plant. Does anyone have an identification so I can better help this guy?

Could it be a really etiolated version of Oscularia? O. comptonii?

I suggest you lay the plant across that soil at the back of the pot and don't water but spray the plant about once a week and it will form roots all over the surface of the pot and you could then leave it to grow or cut it into several pieces and and plant them in separate pots
Mission accomplished and some spare! Thumbs up
