I grew all my peppers from seed. Of all my pepper plants only this one looks peculiar. The leaves are very stunted and curled. The plant is small and really doesn't look good.

We have had a lot of rain but I have never had crinkling like this before no matter what. Others of this pepper variety look normal. It is a Trinidad Perfume pepper and I have not ever grown them before.

I put the plastic cups with the bottoms cut out around them to stop any cutworms.
