I spotted this in California recently and was struck by the beauty of the display. I'd like to add the picture to the database but need to be sure of the ID. Thanks.

It is not Zwartkop, which branches much less. I do not know what to call it, though. Could be a Zwartkop hybrid maybe. You might have to use this entry unless somebody can track it down.
