This rose bush is from shoots off of one that was previously planted in the spot. I have had the large one for 20 years and have never seen anything like this before. Can anyone help? ![]() ![]() |

I'm sorry Sue but I don't no where to find the original post? Lucinda, welcome! I believe it is rose gall, caused by a certain wasp. If you Google Rose Gall, I believe you will find the explanation. I would cut it out and burn or throw it in the recyclable collection-foodstuffs waste. Cheers. PS. Sorry if a poster has already answered this question somewhere else. |
