This baby was given to me as a cutting last year I have loved looking after it and has grown so much but I haven't got a name rubber plant? Pepperonia?

I agree with terrafirma, your lovely plant is Peperomia and it reminds me of Baby Rubber Plant (Peperomia obtusifolia)

With the leaves not being round, and the faint suggestion of red edges, it looks more like a 'Jellie' that hasn't had any direct sun. I though I'd added a pic of that plant's low-light appearance to the database but I have not yet. Will work on it when I am @ home.
