Looks to me like a Pieris japonica, but - like both of your posts have previous comments - step up to the plant and take a few more pictures!

I am rather certain it won't bite. Take several of the whole plant, from different angles, and then take increasingly closer shots of details of the plant.

I would have said variegated Pieris that has reverted to plain green leaves.
Close up pic would really help.
