Was wondering if anyone knew how to get rid of these pests that have invaded the balcony garden. Don't know what they are called and have tried different spays (Potassium salts of fatty acids and Lime sulfur) to get rid of them but with no luck!

Have you tried picking them off and disposing of them?

Ya, for the most part. But there are a lot of them in different parts of the patch. They are really small so it's hard to get them all, and they multiply faster than to manually pick them off.

Any advice you can give, would go a long way.
