Welcome!

I'm not 100% certain but maybe Epipactis helleborine?

It does look like Epipactis; two that I think are found in Pa:

Broad-Leaved Helleborine (Epipactis helleborine)

Marsh Helleborine (Epipactis palustris)

plantladylin, Warfighter's plant looks exactly like one I asked about yesterday. Someone suggested it might be False Green Helleborine but the Broadleaf looks like a perfect match. I mentioned that it looked a lot like my yellow lady slipper and an article I just read said it is sometimes mistaken for one of the lady slippers. No idea how it got started in my garden but I've dug a couple bucketfuls this week and there's more today. Last year was the first time I'd seen it. Thanks for the suggestion!

I think it's a match.

PSUDAN, I think you're right. I've never seen this in my yard until now.

Thanks everyone for the help!

Epipactis helleborine is a plant that pops up randomly and fairly often here, often in lawns and often with no others visible close by.
