Better photos would sure be helpful. For now, all I can say is it might be a type of pigweed.

My first thought was amaranth as well, the most common being Amaranthus viridis.

But from the limited view I can see that some of the leaves have notches at the ends, similar to Amaranthus blitum. Although native to Europe, A. blitum has been introduced to many states in the U.S.
