Also if the mold is black I won't be able to tell that from the dirt?

I wonder if getting a new bag of dirt and just starting over about 16 Plants it's a big job but at least if it would save them and not creating mold problem for in my house?

oh dear I followed the advice of a local plant store who said to put them out in the sun and it looks like the leaves got burnt Confused anyway because I was reading an article online that said you're supposed to let the water trickle through but normally I just give them a cup of water but since I saw that I thought well I wonder how much it would take and it took 6 cups per pot I think that was the thing that did it and it was wet since May 28th so that's why I repotted however unfortunately I used the bag that was on the patio and may have headed something really moldy so that's why I'm thinking to repot with fresh dirt and mix it with sulfur to guarantee no mold any ideas?

This is it inside the bag I guess it probably doesn't do any good unless I put it out compared I will do that in the next set of pictures... as you can see the stuff that came out of the bag is still pretty moist and dark so if you got any comments let me know thanks

There's no way we mostly amateur gardeners and not health professionals can assure you about the dirt one way or another.
Plant it and they will come.

Sorry to hear that. If the plants have never been in direct sun, introduce them to full sunlight slowly. Afternoon sun in particular can be damaging.

It definitely appears that your houseplant is sunburned. I would move it out of direct sun and let it recover. Trim off the damaged leaves. I don't know that Pothos can take direct sun. Always introduce houseplants to the outdoors gradually. Start by setting them outside in a shaded area for a couple of days. After having my plant in the shade for a few days I cover it with a plain white sheer curtain once I set it in the sun. This helps give it a little additional protection from the direct sun. I use this for a couple of days. Then I expose the plant to direct sun. As for your soil, I have had more than one bag of Miracle Gro soil that is overly damp when opened and a couple of bags have smelled bad. I tried drying the soil in the sun but I could not find a method that isn't incredibly messy. I wound up using it to fill low spots on the lawn.
