I have had this vine for the past three years and have no idea what it is. It has yet to produce any flowers. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks a lot!![]() |

Yes, it could be Sweet Autumn Clematis (C. terniflora). |

I don't recognize the plant but here area a few leaf photos from our database of the suggested Sweet Autumn Clematis (Clematis terniflora) ~ I'm an old gal who still loves playing in the dirt! ~ Playing in the dirt is my therapy ... and I'm in therapy a lot! |

Look at Virgin's Bower (two varieties): Clematis virginiana Clematis occidentalis var. grosseserrata and/or Coastal Virgin's Bower, Clematis catesbyana Sunset Zone 28, AHS Heat Zone 9, USDA zone 8b~"Leaf of Faith" |

I bet it is autumn clematis... because I have another one on the other side of my fence which I love. However that one got flowers the first or second year. I'm surprised I haven't seen any flowers after having it all this time. Any suggestion on how to get some flowers on the vine? Much appreciation for answering my questions? ![]() |
