This is the only picture I have of it. The stock is not woody, it is soft, like an elephant ear.

Hi Leahanne, Welcome!

It's really difficult to tell from your photo. The only plant here in Florida that I know of as Umbrella Tree (Umbrella Plant) is Schefflera but it doesn't look like the photo you've supplied.

Umbrella Tree (Schefflera actinophylla)
Dwarf Umbrella Tree (Heptapleurum arboricola)
Dwarf Umbrella Tree (Heptapleurum arboricola 'Trinette')

We need better photos. Please can upload images of the entire plant? Also, a close-up, in-focus image of the leaves? Thank You!

Welcome!
Are you sure it is a bush?... is it woody?
I can't see clear,... can you take photo from bit distance, and add photo of trunk...
Mean while,.... that plant looks like an arroid to me.. like Amorphophallus konjac or Amorphophallus paeoniifolius. leaning to Konjac..
