I have a jatropha curcas plant indoor and I'm wondering how much water it needs, how much UV lights in needs per day and keep it alive and growing. Right now it seems to be dying I need help.

I don't grow Jatropha, but from what I have read, it reminds me of growing Plumeria. Needs well draining media and as much full sun it can get. You are in FL, so you got the humidity, warmth and natural light it needs for outdoor growing.
I do not think it is happy to be grown indoors, I would probably do that if it is winter time, but not during summer where it can truly enjoy all the warmth and light it can get naturally outdoors.
