I bought this plant 1 year ago @ Marsh when it went out of business & it was labeled "tropical plant #3". It was roughly 8in when I bought it and now is 24in. It grows rapidly year round & gets about 3-4 hours of sunlight after 5pm. About 2-3 weeks ago it developed buds/berries? on one "stalk" but not the others. It's root system is composed of many fine roots but zero thick & deep ones. The stems on the bottom have almost a bark texture and are hard and no bendable

Hi & welcome!

I agree, you should have pale pink or whitish blooms soon. Well done with your plant!
