Can someone ID this cactus?

Also, I tried to upload photos of Rebutia rauschii and Pseudolithos migiurtinus, but I don't see an image after it's uploaded. Not sure whom I should ask about this?

If they're your first images, I believe an admin has to review them before they're submitted. After that, it's auto added.

If the image doesn't display after you try to upload, it probably didn't upload. This sometimes happens to me when images are really huge (like over 10MB) and then I will upload a smaller version and it works. Otherwise if you're having serious problems uploading images, maybe post your question here and the resident experts can help you out.
