It has 15 petals. I'm leaning towards FP with 3 stunted petals in there I can't see. This was a very surprising late bloomer. All the other blooms finished around June.

I'm leaning a little more towards 'Kwanso' but can you post pictures of more of the flowers, if it has any? Stout wrote a short piece on how to differentiate, which I quoted in an earlier thread here:

I will have to wait until next year for more flowers. All of these had stopped (or so I thought) blooming earlier this month. Then this morning, on my daily mullein picking, there he was blooming away. When I went to take a closer look, he just fell off the scape. So I'm honestly not sure if he is an anomaly, usual or what. I can't quite remember the exact look of the earlier blooms at this point.
