Now this is interesting!! I think I may have these on our property; I'm going to look into that.

Are these tubers edible? Do you know of what uses this plant can be put to?

Hi Dave, I have "sampled" the tubers and they taste just like a potato too. I haven't been able to find much info about the plant but its growing like crazy this year so I am trying to find more. If you find some, please let me know.
