Hello,

We have several plants in our yard, does anyone know theirs names by chance? Pretty sure we have a Japanese Maple that needs some pruning (new to me) and that's all I know. The nearly dead hydrangeas I got :)

Thanks

It would really help to have close up shots of the leaves.

The shrub next to the Juniper in the second picture is some kind of Spiraea. Possibly 'Goldflame'?

1st picture, directly under the window on the left looks like a purple barberry. Berberis japonica 'Atropurpurea'.. Maybe the dwarf form. The gold cones flanking the Japanese Maple are probably some form of Thuja. I'm not sure why you think the Maple needs pruning. I'd get rid of the Thujas before I'd whack back the Maple.. It's the more desirable plant... but I do have my plant prejudices Whistling Hilarious!
2nd picture.. directly under the left side of the bay window is either a boxwood or box-leafed euonymus. Can't tell exactly from the picture. To the right of that, could be Lonicera nitida. Clearer pictures with close ups of the leaves would make IDing a little more accurate.
When counting, try not to mix chickens with blessings.
