A Rock Garden Combo

To the credit of @Crawgarden and @Tabbycat, the mystery is solved. 'Frosty Morn' is the variegated sedum/stonecrop with pale pink flowers. Ajuga/bugleweed is 'Black Scallop'.

Regarding your question, I am going to have to rely on the kindness of more expert gardeners to identify the plants.

Fleur great banner of sedum and ajuga!
