Hi all! My s/o was traveling Europe and found these large displays of plants - what are these??? Think of it as a game of a plant ID'ing 'Where's Waldo'!

The tallest one in the first pic is a cycad of some sort - likely not Cycas revoluta - but not sure which it is.
