Difficult to tell from such a dark photo; can you lighten it and upload again?

I would suspect walnut or pecan.

I just saw the thumb up now, so you think it's a walnut? I googled the leaves and it looks similar but I'm still not sure, anyway if it is what should I do with it i guess I can't keep it in pot forever?

Crush a leaf between your fingers. If it is a walnut, it will have a distinctive smell and your fingers will be brown. Smiling

Young ash trees also look similar. Leaf arrangement (alternate vs. opposite) may help you sort the possibilities.

I guess only time will tell it's true identity. The leaves remind me a bit of Fraxinus (Ash) but they also remind me somewhat of Tecoma stans (Yellow Bells) and Tecoma capensis (Cape Honeysuckle).
