In my opinion, it looks healthy with deep shiny green foliage, and it has put on some new growth. You're rose bush is doing well :)

The new growth on many roses comes in red. I think your rose looks happy.

It might be the time of day the picture was taken that gives it the brown tint. It looks healthy as can be to me.

I'm not sure if it is sun burn; it might be the angle of the sun and my camera.
The temperatures here in Ga have be roughly 80-90F the past couple of days.
I think it looks a little brown in spots in my picture, but in actual life it is more of a dark red color.

Thank you everyone for your input. I was noticing that it was changing to this sort of color and I was not sure if it maybe caught a disease or something.
