This plant is not Euphorbia anoplia, aka E. polygona var. anoplia. Take a look at the other pictures for some good examples of how the plant should look. I would like to propose moving this image to the generic Euphorbia entry unless you have some more specific ID information.

I was going to give her a couple of weeks to respond before doing anything, but if you think that's not necessary, we can move the image now.
