Great banner Casey!
Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed.

Wow!! Thank you everyone for the warm welcome!

And thank you Ann for the ID. We have lots of these little guys in the garden. I always refer to them as "garden lizards". Now I know!

Here's the full-size pic. Not too different from the banner. Smiling

Thank you so much!

I love these little guys. We always watch each other while I'm out in the garden. (And sometimes they come visit me in the house.) It's quite comical.

And thanks for those who gave me acorns!!!

Casey that is one cute critter! Also a very innovative banner which reminds us that there are other small helpers in our gardens. I can imagine many harmful insects are removed with little visitors like this one. Thumbs up

Thanks Leon! It's one of the reasons I started gardening. I love all the little creatures I encounter. In the last month I've spotted a common five-lined skink in my garden. I've seen them before, but not sure I've had one hang out at the house until now. So hope he stays! I need to try and get a pic, but it will be tricky. They're "shy".
